Once a site is found and we know it has potential we need to conduct our due diligence and secure the site. We will never put a deal in front of you that is not ready to go. In order for you to decide if the deal is the right one to invest in with us, all the figures will be substantiated and where possible, exclusivity granted. Every deal is different and as such deals will be presented at different stages of the conveyancing/tender/planning process.
